Razer Blade 15 Base 2021 RZ09-0369AG22 – Secure Boot Violation returns after official USB recovery

My Razer Blade 15 Base Model (Early 2021), RZ09-0369AG22, has BIOS version 1.00 dated 04/01/2021.

With Secure Boot enabled, it fails before Windows starts with:
“Secure Boot Violation – Invalid signature detected.
Check Secure Boot Policy in Setup.”

Windows starts normally with Secure Boot disabled.

I followed Razer’s official Secure Boot Recovery USB procedure, Answer ID 20795. The recovery USB booted correctly and Secure Boot worked once, but the error returned after the next shutdown/startup.

Is there a permanent Secure Boot certificate / BIOS / firmware fix for this exact model? I do not want to authorize a paid repair or replacement before receiving a diagnosis and written quote.

    I understand that your Razer Blade 15 Base Model fails to boot with Secure Boot enabled, displaying a "Secure Boot Violation - Invalid signature detected" error. 

    To help me investigate further, could you please provide the following via PM:

    1.A photo of the Secure Boot Violation error message.
    2. A photo of the BIOS information page showing the BIOS version and Secure Boot settings.
    3. Does the issue occur every time Secure Boot is enabled, or only after certain shutdown/restart scenarios?
