Hi All, I got my RB 15 base model few days ago from Razer website. My LED indicator ( the one that is in-front of the laptop, under Intel core logo) doesnt show the correct information. - it never glows when the laptop is on. - it doesn't glow red when under 10% battery - it only glows green when it is turning on. - it glows white when on sleep model ( I think this is the only time it works correctly) I contracted Razer support few times already, re installed the programs, re-set the batter - nothing worked. I just want to know if anyone else is experiencing same problem. thanks,

Hi there! The indicator should light up when the lid is closed. I'd like to take a look at your case. Please PM me the case number and the link to this thread. I'll pick up from there.

Hi, It seems that the LED indicator is designed to work only with external monitor - is this correct?

That should not be the case. Can you send over the serial number as well as a short video of the issue to me through PM? I'll take it from there.

Do you have RB 15 to check it as well? When laptop screen is on do you have green light on led indicator?

Green led means your internal screen off like using external monitor, white means system sleep, red low battery, nothing shows means you’re using it or turn off condition.
