I just got a BSOD for a MACHINE_CHECK_EXCEPTION and after rebooting the laptop now hangs at boot screen. After multiple tries I can’t seem to go to BIOS, recovery mode or boot menu. I have tried testing individual RAM sticks but nothing changes so they either both work or both have issues. I’ve also tested my SSD and battery and they were fine. I’m assuming its either the BIOS, or both RAM sticks causing the hanging. Any ideas? I’ve heard resetting the BIOS by the CMOS could work but I’m not sure.

There's not much that I can do from my end since you're pretty much done most of the suggested troubleshooting already. I'm afraid this has got something to do with the hardware. Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can help you submit a repair ticket.
