Hi all,

I have had screen issue with my razer blade 15 base model for few weeks.

I have bought my laptop 4 years ago and I used it without any problems until now. Bottom right coner screen was flicking and now it is a bit darker than other coners.

I have been several individual IT store and they said I have to contact to Razer company they can’t fix it.

Is there any chance I can fix my laptop??

Hello,
I have some write this you can see this. I hope this information is good.

If you are experiencing screen issues with your Razer Blade 15 laptop, such as flickering or a darker corner, there are a few things you can try to diagnose and potentially resolve the problem. Keep in mind that if your laptop is still under warranty, it's best to contact Razer support for assistance or potential repairs. However, if your laptop is out of warranty or you prefer to troubleshoot it yourself, here are some steps you can take:

Update Graphics Drivers: Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. Outdated or corrupted drivers can cause display issues. Visit Razer's official website or the graphics card manufacturer's website to download and install the latest drivers.

Check Display Settings: Verify that the display settings on your laptop are properly configured. Adjust the brightness and contrast settings to see if it makes any difference.

External Display Test: Connect your laptop to an external monitor or TV. If the issue persists on the external display, it might indicate a problem with the graphics card. If the external display works fine, the issue is likely with the laptop's built-in screen.

Check Physical Connections: Ensure that all cables and connections between the laptop and the display panel are secure. Sometimes loose connections can cause display problems.

Calibrate Display: Use the built-in display calibration tool in your operating system to check if the issue is related to color calibration.

Boot into Safe Mode: Boot your laptop into Safe Mode and check if the issue persists. Safe Mode loads only essential drivers, which can help identify if the problem is caused by third-party software or drivers.

Run Display Diagnostics: Some laptops have built-in diagnostic tools that can help identify display issues. Check the manufacturer's website for any display diagnostic tools specific to your Razer laptop model.

Check for Physical Damage: Inspect the display for any physical damage, such as cracks or water damage. Physical damage may require professional repair.

If none of the above steps resolve the issue, and your laptop is out of warranty, it might be time to consider seeking professional help from a reputable computer repair shop or contacting Razer for potential repair options and cost estimates. They may be able to provide you with more specific guidance based on the symptoms and the age of your laptop.
