I had my Razer laptop and loved it. It was one of the best laptop that has both slim form factor and also hold holds up for gaming. I use my laptop with a monitor for both personal and gaming purposes. I am aware of the head generated by the razer laptops during gaming so I did buy a Razer Laptop stand to prevent over heating issues.
Even after taking all these precautions the battery bloated and even cracked the back panel and the mouse pad. I had realized that only at the end of the day.
I tried to contact Razer support but got no progress.
I don't mind replacing the back panel and the battery however making any changes to the track pad puts me in a tight spot and these parts are not that readily available too. I know it’s a old laptop and it has run it’s due course but I was not aware that so many people had issues with Razer laptop having a bloated battery.
I am a huge razer fan but then leaving the customers in the dark after all this make me feel like I am the fool.
Any help in this issue is really appreciated.
