Razer Blade 15 ( Base Model) Keyboard back light issue

I have a 2019 Razer Blade 15, Base Model. The issue I am facing is that the keyboard back-light does not turn on when I boot my system. However, after boot up, once I restart the system it automatically starts working fine. I tried to reinstall, reset and update Synapse 3, reset the whole windows 10 operating system but nothing seems to work. Please help Reagrds

Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. When did the issue start? Have you tried updating your laptop from Windows and Razer Synapse? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with your laptop's serial number. Let's continue from there.
