The power led indicator on my rb15 doesn't work. It doesn't turn red when the charge is under 10 and it doesn't turn on while charging (when is shut down). I'm sure the power adapter works but the power indicator on the razer doesnt work properly.

Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the issue? Given that this is highly likely a hardware issue, you may be asked to send the laptop in for repair. Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can help you isolate the problem.
