RAZER BLADE 15 BASE (RZ09-03286E22-R341) won’t connect to 5Ghz WiFi | Razer Insider

Hello All,

I'm facing an issue with my RAZER BLADE 15 BASE laptop, it simply wont connect to any 5GHz WIFI networks saying it "cannot connect to this network" (I have tried three different 5GHz networks and and behaving same).

Even the 2.4 GHz WIFI network is soo slow, it provides me less than 1 Mbps of download speed while it should provide at least 130 Mbps in other laptops or smart phones connected to same WIFI network with same distance !!

This issue happened suddenly with no reasons !! and it was working perfect until three weeks ago with no conditions changed !!

The troubleshooting I had tried to solve the issue but no luck:

1. Update the WIFI driver to latest version.

2. Update windows 10 pro to latest version.

3. Use windows Internet connection troubleshooters but no issues found !

4. Upgrade the Windows 10 pro to Windows 11 pro.

5. Format the Windows 11 pro (Reset this PC with Remove Everything)

6. Use Razer system recovery to restore the Razer Blade to its original state (to Windows 10 Home).

What could be the reason for this strange issue ?

*The WIFI adapter is "Intel®️ Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz" with driver version 22.130.0.5

Thanks.
