Razer Blade 15 Battery Died Down & Only Works With Adapter

Was playing game on battery mode and suddenly the laptop switched off by itself. Now the laptop cannot be powered on but only can be switched on with adapter. Please help!

Yes the issue persist and seem it’s battery issue. Have contacted Razer Support and they mentioned will replace or repair as my unit under warranty. Hope they follow up promptly as the case was lodged early Nov and now only they attend to it.

Hi I'm experiencing the exact same issues on my Blade 15 purchased late 2018, this started to occur approximately the same date yours did. My battery says 69%charged but will not work when I unplug the power cable. What was your resolution?

Mine shows 0% charge with adapter. I just dropped mine to repair service / support centre. Nothing can be done to troubleshoot it. Very likely battery issues.
