Razer Support,
I am hoping to reach support about getting a Razer OEM replacement battery for my laptop (Razer Blade 15 Battery [Early 2021]). I would prefer not to wait until the battery bloat has gotten large enough to damage the track pad and bent the frame.
I recognize and understand that my laptop is out of warranty and that this would be a self-install and I would pay for the battery. I would prefer to get a legitimate battery through Razer rather than third parties that can have such issues that would then damage the laptop.
Is such a deal possible?
