Razer Blade 15 Battery Issue

Hi, We just bought my razer blade 15 advance 2019 yesterday as a gift of my wife to me however I just noticed today that it is not turning on when it’s not plugged in. I also tried to turn it on while plugged in, it worked but when I unplugged it, it shuts down immediately. This is really frustrating. I tried searching online and it seems that I’m the only one having this issue. I hope someone can help me as soon as possible. Thanks! P.S. I don’t think that the store I bought it from knows anything to fix this.
