Razer Blade 15 Battery Swollen and no warranty | Razer Insider

Some weeks ago i noticed the trackpad on my Razer Blade 15 late 2019 base version was not clicking properly. I thought that it was only some dirt that got under and jammed it, so i didn’t think much of it. It only got worse and worse and i decided to look it up online and i read about some others who had this issue and recommended checking to see if the battery was swelling and blocking it. I thought this was unlikely but I checked it today and that’s what was happening! the left side of the battery was swollen up like a balloon and i could squish it with my finger. I tried to make a warranty claim but my warranty seems to be over. i learned from razer’s website that i should not use the computer and I would rather not do anything that could worsen the situation but i use this computer on a daily basis and can’t afford to stop using it. What options do i have since i cant just send it to them and get a repair?
You can look into DIY battery replacement. But before going that route, do note that you can still send it to us for repair even if the device is already beyond the warranty period. With that said, please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can verify the warranty status. I'd appreciate it if you can send me a copy of the proof of purchase as well. Let's go from there.
