Razor Blade 15 2023, 2 months of life
screen suddenly went black during average photoshop workload and wouldn’t boot up again.
then attached to tv screen via hdmi cable and worked only on the secondary screen. Updated all drivers and did not work.
Reset windows too but nothing worked.
after new boot both main and external screen are black and unresponsive. PLEASE SEND HELP!

I’m sorry to hear about your Blade 15 2023 showing black screen and not turing on. Is the laptop receiving power? Do the power indicator lights turn on? Does the keyboard backlight turn on when you press the power button? Have you recently installed any new hardware or made physical changes to the laptop?
