Razer Blade 15 Booting into Aptio Continuously

Hey, I was using my razer Blade 15 when it suddenly froze , I shut it down using the power button and it restarted it but it didn't boot up and shows me a Bsod error with code 0xc000021a , I tried to solve the issue by enabling CSM support in bios menu and restarted it and went into razer recovery mode , started the recovery , came back and saw it had shut down ( it was 51%done when I last checked, so don't know if it finished the process) upon restarting it further I keep going into the Aptio setup utility , I tried pressing f9 but
