Hello,



I have a Razer blade 15 RZ09-0270 model with a 128GB and a 1TB stock drive that I have been using for close to 2 years now.



Recently I have had an issue where I close the lid and it goes to sleep, but when I come back I get errors. I have had the following situations



- System Recovery - This has the Razer logo

Recovery Options

Recover OS partition to factory Default



- It has opened in the system Bios

- It has opened with the Windows recovery page asking me to factory reset the laptop



In addition when these things have happened I have restarted the laptop and had the following situations

- It starts up like normal right away

- I have to restart several times every time a black screen is visible and the keyboard lights turn on and off a couple of times before the lights go out

- The same error comes back



At the moment I have changed my settings so that when my laptop is not plugged in and I close the lid the computer shuts down. I have not had any of these errors since making the change however this is not very convenient.



My current thought is to replace the hard drive, however I am uncertain if this will fix the problem or not. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with an alternative idea to solve the issue or thoughts on whether this might resolve the issue or not.

I will need to look into your system and application logs from Windows Event Viewer. That'll give me a better view of what's going on in the background and which apps or services are crashing. You can upload the files on GDrive and send me a shareable link. I'd appreciate it if you send me the serial number along with screenshots of the error messages.
