Hi guys.
I just bought Razer blade 15, gtx 2070 max q bought 2 months ago, whilst using the laptop, the power brick all of a sudden died down, there is no power green led indicator on. Need help please, I do not have any other backup options. Did anyone noticed this issue before?

Hi I am Australia, and I bought mine directly from razer website. I have emailed them and used their online chat query, but haven't heard anything from them yet.

Sure, it would be great if you could help me with this, my case ID is (Removed for security purpose) and email is (Removed for security purpose), it has been about the a week and no one has replied anything, I am surprised and somewhat disappointed with the whole customer service experience and kinda regret buying razer product, considering I have to actually post on a platform like this for s simple prob rather someone looking into it diligently. It's a shame :frown_::frown_::frown_::frown_:esp after paying a premium amount for a laptop.

Thanks for sharing. Apologies for the inconvenience. Razer just underwent system maintenance and integration which may have contributed to the delay in the case follow-up. Nonetheless, I'll do my best to help. I've sent you a PM. Let's continue from there.
This just happened to me today. Came home and plugged my laptop in to no charging. Unplugged the adapter and tried a different outlet, no change. The LED is off but the adapter will heat up as normal when plugged in. Please help!
