Razer Blade 15 - Internal screen not working, external monitor is fine

My laptop's internal screen is not working. The backlight turns on, but there is no image or display.

  • The screen lights up (the backlight is on), but it is completely black.

  • The laptop itself powers on and runs normally. I can hear the fans and sounds.

  • When I connect the laptop to an external monitor via HDMI, the external monitor works perfectly. This shows that the GPU and the laptop's core functions are working.
