My Razer Blade 15 (purchased in Sept 2020, Australia ACT) is malfunctioning. This laptop was only used occasionally, which is why I’m a bit upset to have this kind of problem. The laptop is not shutting down even though I’ve already reset the OS to factory settings. It should be as good as new. Kindly help, please. I also can’t find any Technical support here in Australia! Please give me some number...
