razer blade 15 keyboard stopped working

I have a 2018 razer blade 15, keyboard stopped working even in the BIOS. I did have the bottom off trying to diagnose a ssd issue, and I plugged and unplugged the battery. So far I have plugged and unplugged most of the connectors that go the the board in the palm rest. The keyboard still lights up, and other keyboards still work. Windows device manager is saying it cannot get the device ID of the device on usb port 8. Can anybody recommend some steps to diagnose the issue? Thanks.
