Razer Blade 15 mercury white(RTX-2070 Max-q) keyboard light glitch

Hello, I bought a razer blade 15 mercury white on October -2019. The keyboard's backlight is glitched and some letters are glowing dark red when I off the keyboard lights. also, the screen turns blue suddenly showing "your PC ran into a problem". the problem is from the start(when I got this product) and trying to rectify it. The suggestions of you guys will help me a lot as I'm a total amateur in this field. Thanks in advance.
