Razer Blade 15 (Model RZ09-2401X)

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Razer Blade 15 (Model RZ09-2401X). During normal usage, the internal screen suddenly went black and has not turned back on since. The laptop only works when connected to an external monitor.

I have already attempted a system recovery using the F9 key, but the issue persists. Additionally, I am unable to access the BIOS using the internal screen — it remains completely black throughout the boot process.

Could you please advise on possible solutions, or let me know how to proceed with a repair or support request?

I would like to forward your case to our Technical Team so they can further check on the display issue. Can you send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and use it for your case? Please also provide a photo of your receipt/invoice so I can include it as well. You can upload it to any hosting service like Google Drive and provide a shareable link. Just check the file so that anyone with the link can view it.
