Razer Blade 15 NVIDIA GPU not detected on BIOS level

Hi, so I’ve bought a Razer Blade 15 from 2020 from someone who hardly used it on FB marketplace for 400 AUD and the GPU is totally unrecognised by anything on the system at all. I’m certain this guy didn’t open it up or anything and he completely wiped it beforehand so that’s already been tried but nothing I try is making it detect the GPU. Nor can I install new drivers, there are no new Windows updates, Razer Synapse doesn’t see it has a GPU, I see nothing in the BIOS and there’s nothing in Device Manager. I would really appreciate some help or any solutions anyone else has come across.
