Razer Blade 15 recovery image - Download page not working

Hi, 

 

I’ve trying to download a recovery image for my 2021 Razer blade 15 and i’ve followed the links to the page here https://mysupport.razer.com/app/self-help/recovery-image/index

i select my registered blade laptop with the matching serial number but it doesn’t give me the option to download, just shows a box with the serial number and the file name for the laptop image that has not loaded.. i’ve tried on multiple browsers and on a different machine, i think the web page is broken. Can i get the image in some other way or can support fix the page so i can download it please.

I understand that you are unable to download the recovery image for your Razer Blade 15. You can submit a support ticket to our relevant team to request a recovery image for your device here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/warranty-support. Once there, navigate to "Contact Razer Support," then select "PC Products," followed by "Laptops," and finally enter your device's serial number.
