Hello lilnouby,

I’m here to help. I understand you're having trouble with your RGB lighting issues on the Razer Blade 15 (2021). Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1.Open the Razer Synapse and check if the lighting effects are enabled.

  1. Open “Settings” on your Windows PC.
  2. Select “Personalization” > “Dynamic Lighting”.

    Location of Dynamic Lighting.
  3. Toggle off the "Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices" option.

    Dynamic Lighting settings

Note: Leave this option enabled if you allow Microsoft to take over the control of the RGB settings for your HID LampArray compatible devices.

  4. Ensure that Razer Synapse 3 is updated to the latest version.

  5. Open Razer Synapse 3 and go to “Settings” > “DEVICE LIGHTING”.

    Location of the Settings icon.
  6. Under the “DEVICE LIGHTING” settings, toggle to “CHROMA RGB”.

Location of the Chroma RGB button.

Note: The Razer Synapse settings for switching between Chroma RGB and Dynamic Lighting is only available for the following build versions of the Windows 11 system:

    • Windows 11 22H2 (22621.2506) or after
    • Windows 11 23H2 or after

2. Update your Razer Synapse.
3. Try uninstalling Synapse and install the latest version.
4. Restart the device and check if the issue persists.
5. If the steps above did not resolve your issue and you have determined that the issue is with the Razer Blade, attempt to perform a system recovery or factory reset.

Here’s the article for your reference. Feel free to PM me with your laptop serial number so I can verify its model. All the best!
