Hi Razer Team,

I think i am not just the only one with issues encountered but nevertheless i would like to see if i can come up with a resolution here as my Razer warranty of one (1) year ended…… Well, moving on.

I owned a Razer Base Model 15. Just last week, my battery suddenly bloated and was pushing my trackpad out of place. I quickly disconnected the laptop from the main supply, switch off my laptop and went on to remove it from the laptop. Went online for some troubleshooting steps on how to remove the battery. Managed to remove the battery well and safe but my keyboard RGB not working. The keypads working well but no lights.

Tried the online recommended ways of uninstalling the Synapse software etc but still no success.

It came to my mind that it may be damaged when i remove the bloated battery accidentally.

So here i am, i am willing to purchase the spare parts to repair this issue and seek Razer Support to advice.
