Razer Blade 15 Right Fan Not Working

I was playing a game then all of the sudden my fan started making a really loud alarming noise and my FPS started to drop in-game. I restarted my laptop and noticed that my right fan has stopped working, I can still use it to browse the web and all that but I can't play games because it gives me the same pattern of FPS drops for any game now. It's still under warranty, and I'm just wondering how I go about this situation.

I had fan rattling issues, after 3 months owning razor blade 15 base (rtx 2060) i sent it to claim my warranty, razer sent it back said that everything is operating normally, they just cleaned the fans. i goti it back, and the problem persisted after 2 days. it also stopped working and then start suddenly. Fans had these abruptions all the time. I sent it back, and they rather returned money than started fixing the problem. i bought LENOVO legion 7i-15 and i am super satisfied now.
