Hi,

I have a Razer Blade 15 (RZ09-03287E22) and I need a recovery image.

I’m unable to register it in razor support’s System to get into Recovery Image Online Service.

Please help.

 

The SSD got corrupted and I’m trying to reload windows etc.

I tried reloading from windows 10 installation USB which looks like it completes the install but after first boot only goes to the Razor logo and stops.

I was hoping to try an official image if available.

    Ok, I think this is now solved.

    Found another suggestion online to try disabling Secure Boot and then was able to complete the Windows 10 installation!
