Razer Blade 15 (RZ09-0409) stuck in dGPU-only mode - NO BIOS DISPLAY ON INTERNAL PANEL

I was trying to put a new OS on my machine and when I went into BIOS but the screen remained black. I believe my integrated monitor is not using my integrated graphics for the following reasons: I can only use an external display while in NVidia optimums mode (I get a boot screen on the external display with no options to enter bios and bios doesn't appear on this display), but can use my integrated display and external monitor when in Dedicated GPU mode (boot screen only appears on external display in this mode). I have updated my BIOS, my integrated and dedicated graphics drivers, and did a fresh install of windows through Razer’s support tools in advanced startup.

This is a problem for me as I want to be able to use my integrated graphics for things like BIOS and just in general. I have a RZ09-0409C (Razer Blade 15 Advanced Model 2021) and I'm not sure when this problem started but if I had to guess maybe within the last six months as this is when my boot screen disappeared (if I'm not mistaken).

I've read about others who have had this same problem, but they either get no reply or move to PMs.

Here is a google drive link with the following info: ( I will provide S/N: product number, Full Name etc. in another private link with a representative if needed)

  • Send a screenshot of the Nvidia and Intel Driver versions. Press Windows+R on your keyboard. Type in DXDIAG into the run command text box and hit OK. Then click on YES. Click on the Display 1 and 2 tabs and look for the graphics driver version on the right side.

I believe my iGPU is not working or the MUX can not enumerate it. I think this because after doing the fresh install of windows (through the razer support tools) and then upgrading to windows 11 the intel UHD drivers I installed are gone from my device manager.

I’ve now confirmed that the Intel iGPU is not being enumerated at the hardware level. To rule out a Windows-specific issue, I booted into a Linux live environment from a USB stick and ran the command:
lspci | grep -i vga

The only output was:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GA104M [GeForce RTX 3080 Mobile / Max-Q 8GB/16GB] (rev a1)

The Intel UHD Graphics controller (typically at 00:02.0) is completely absent, which means the iGPU is not just disabled — it is not visible to the PCI bus at all.

This rules out driver problems and points to a firmware, MUX, or embedded controller (EC) issue that is preventing the iGPU from being powered on or exposed to the system.

This is particularly frustrating because it makes it impossible to access the BIOS via the internal display (since it’s likely routed through the iGPU in hybrid mode), and it prevents me from using Linux without an external monitor  (defeating the purpose of a portable laptop).

I would appreciate escalation or engineering-level support, especially given the number of similar unresolved cases on this forum.
