Razer Blade 15 Screen does not work

I have had a razer blade 15 2019 model (4k display) for about 1.5 years and suddenly my screen has stopped working. The computer itself turns on and works (I have an external display), however the screen on the laptop does not work. For a couple weeks it would periodically present vertical lines on about 1/5 of the screen but they would go away, but now it just doesn't work at all. Seems like it could be a hardware issue? Any thoughts? Thanks.

    If the external display works, then we're highly likely dealing with a faulty panel. Please send me the serial number of the laptop so I can verify the warranty status. I can also use that to help you submit a repair ticket. Let's go from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
