I've had a (razer blade 15 2020 rtx 2070 max q) since 2021. It's been working great for both games and video/3d modeling/photo editing but as of late ( about 5 months) I had major problems while trying to game.

For what ever reason, it seems like suddenly I can't run games with the better graphics and minimal graphic games also crash my laptop (it's not like my hardware suddenly became obsolete). I thought It might be an update with windows 11 but, I down graded to windows 10 but many issue's that slow down the rig remain .

Here is what I've done and have tried:

* Right away when I bought it, I upgraded to 2 tbs storage, 64 gig RAM, and replaced the battery with no issues.

* I upgraded to windows 11 but soon there after regretted it too to visual issues and eventually my lap top slowing down too much

* Replaced the thermal paste

*cleaned all the vents and inside of the laptop to be dust free.

* I've installed all types of razer synapse

* I tried all the drives

* down graded to windows 10

*installed programs to monitor the temp

I'm sure there's more stuff I tried that I didn't mention but the sudden change is inexplicable.

Can someone help?
