razer blade 15 starts deforming due to bloated battery

Noticed that my rz09-0369bn22 starts deforming. Touchpad already popping and the rubber legs do not lay even on the surfaces. So two questions:

 

  1. Will laptop work if I remove the battery to avoid further damage?
  2. Where I could find replacement for bloated battery?
