Hello,

 

I have a stiff Trackpad. I checked the battery and It’s swallen.

Can you guide/help me in getting a replacement battery ?

Laptop model : BLADE 15 Base (Early 2020) - RZ09-0328

Have you tried to perform the steps here to fix the trackpad issue? How long was the unit plugged in? Did you charge the laptop overnight? How many hours is the unit used per day?
