Razer Blade 15 Studio Edition 2019 - Battery at 3% and won't charge

Is there a way to reset/refresh the battery? We got the Razer in October 2019, and now the battery doesn't work at all. It always reports "3%" and the battery won't charge even if the computer is turned off. We even put the power brick in the freezer, but the power brick doesn't appear to be the problem since the Razer runs when plugged in. If we disconnect the razer from AC, it immediately dies. I tried updating the BIOS, and now it's running 1.05, which it said was the most recent. All Windows Updates are current.

    There is a good chance that the battery can no longer hold a charge. We may have to look into your RMA options, but do send me the serial number so I can help you try to recalibrate the battery pack. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
