Razer Blade 15 w/ Swollen Battery

I got a Razer Blade 15 around 2020, and now it's slowly swelling. Razer Support says I should get Razer Authorized Service to make repairs, but going to the support page just tells me that it's out of warranty and suggests that I come here. The battery swelling page also suggests that I fill out a battery report, but there is no link, no further explanation, and searching doesn't get me to anything useful. Every thread here on this topic just ends with someone saying "PM me." I've seen a lot of these Razer Blade 15 circa 2020 problems. Did I miss a recall? Some definitive guidance would be helpful. Thanks.
