Razer Blade 15 Wifi Keeps Disconnecting

Hello, I have bought the Razer Blade 15 on August 4. I have updated windows. The Wifi keeps disconnecting after some times. I also tried with uninstallation of the wifi driver and scanned the changes for the devices of the Intel WiFi driver. Still the problem is not fixed. It is bothering me much. I am trying to contact with support by voice call but nobody is receiving the phone. Thus, I have posted here. Please let me know how to fix this issue, otherwise I probably need to return the product.

Hi, I have a razer blade 13 and have similar issues. The wifi stays connected for around an hour then disconnects until I manually reconnect. Wondered if anyone has a solution for this. Thanks

The Wifi keeps disconnecting after some times.
  • Open CMD as administrator
  • Type: netsh winsock reset Press Enter
  • Type netcfg -f Press Enter
  • Type sfc /scannow Press Enter, wait for task to finish
  • DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth Press Enter, wait for task to finish. Task 4&5 may take so long (depends on your hard drive speed)

was not working for mine, new 2020 blade 15.

Can you (Raze Blade) replace network adapter for my laptop? I am tired it kept disconnecting wifi and messed up my work.

Same problem here, this along with the external monitor issue and sadly I have to return this before my 14 days are up.

is it when your laptop runs really hot? or it just disconnects randomly? if it is the first one, check with the CS lol. if the second one: i think it is because of the wifi 6 adapter. AX and your router wifi 5 AC. Let try this. fo to Manage -> click Dive Manager >> roll the Network adapter >> on the wifi wireless right click >> click Properties >> click the tab Advanced >> click on the second 802.11n/ax >>> on the value in the right side the default set up should be 802.11ax CHANGE IT to be 802.11ac try it and let me know if it works.

Oh I'll try that tonight before I return it. Thanks!

So far so good!

Trying on mine as well, will update with results

For the first case, what is "CS"? Tried the second case, didn't work.

I mean customer support. if you still have warranty, they may need to change the wifi adapter. if your laptop is out of warranty, you can go amazon and get a new wifi adapter and one T5 screw driver to do the job. supper easy to replace it tho.
