Purchased a Razer Blade 15 in December 2023. Everything worked perfectly so far.
Two hours ago, with an external monitor connected, the internal display just went blank. The laptop continues to run just fine on the external monitor, but the internal display seems to be dead.
I tried everything that could be found here in the forum, including the 15 seconds reset, new cable (not the issue), other external displays (not the issue). It is obviously not anything driver-related as it happened during otherwise uninterrupted use, but of course I first un- and then re-installed both the Intel and the NVIDIA drivers (not the issue). Re-installed Synapse (not the issue).
Without external display, I see no Razer logo during boot up and also cannot enter BIOS. Just black.
What can I do?
