I am the proud owner of Razer Blade 16 (2023) RZ09-0483x with BIOS v2.02 and have been trying to update it to v2.05 but fails every time. I have disabled ‘Windows Hello’ as per on screen instruction whilst running the BIOS updater program. It seems to work and re-boots the PC, but still just boots into windows and doesn’t update the BIOS.
Please help and advice. Thank you your input.

I understand you're having trouble updating the BIOS on your Razer Blade 16 (2023). Allow me to ask a couple of quick questions: Was the laptop plugged in during the update attempt? Was the updater downloaded directly from Razer Blade 16" (2023) support page? And did you get any error message, or did it just reboot and show the same BIOS version?
1. Make sure your laptop is plugged into a power source and has sufficient charge before attempting the update.
2. Run as administrator — right-click the updater and select "Run as administrator" to make sure it has the right permissions.
3. If BitLocker encryption is enabled on your drive, try temporarily disabling it before running the update, as it can sometimes interfere with the BIOS update process.
4. Temporarily disable any third-party antivirus or security software before running the updater, then re-enable it once the update is complete.
