Well as the title says the razer blade I ordered arrived with a defective screen, and instead of sending me a new one they made me send it to RMA, they said once they received the unit back it should take about 3 days, and it has been almost a full month, for how long does it really takes to repair the screen?

I ordered the most expensive Blade 16 they have and I haven’t been able to use it!, 
at this point I think I will just ask for my money back  and go buy a lenovo legion PRO 7i.

To be honest this has been the most frustrating attemp of purchasing anything in my life!
How are they not accountable for the stress they are causing to me and the money they are costing me !!

And all the support team keeps doing ios telling me they will update me on the status of the repair in 2 or 3 workdays and dragging the hole thing for weeks now!!.

This is a disgrace!
