RAzer Blade 16 - 2024 Versions, constantly crashing, high temperatures

I have a Blade 16, about 4 months out of warranty. It’s constratly crashing, like 5-8 times per days.

 

The temperature of the cores is easily 100C in Balanced mode on Synapse.pP

I’ve done all the BIOS updates, really not sure how to keep troubleshooting, this thing is driving me crazy. Probably spent 10 hours troubleshooting with ChatGPT, Gemini and ClaudeAI in the last two weeks.

 

This was just today:

I’m doing web work (PowerApps) and PowerBI, so there’s no heavy local load. It’s 100C when I’m doing nothing at all with no open apps.

so what was the outcome of the problem im having similar issue but i know what the problem is but getting any type of help is nearly impossible the heatsink is bad only cunducts heat in center area over gpu and cpu but doesnt disperse to fins area so always blowing cold air  even though cpu is at 70c to 80c idle 90c to 100c under light load  re-paste and thermal pads give same exact outcome..
