Good afternoon,
have recently bounght your laptop 2025 - 5070ti with AMD processor and from very begining had issues with Synapse program. Every time during the shutdown pop up the window with message that first need to be Synapse program closed, which happened after few seconds and laptop shutdown. But 3 days later suddenly the laptop start rebooting straight after shutdown so there was no way how to shut it down.
Have managed to put the laptop to the factory settings, reinstalling the windows, after that I have tried to install synapse and during instalation the Microsoft Edge popped up and opened like 1000+ windows, so I have deleted the synapse completely and since then it seems to be okay but would like to ask others if I am not missing something, since the laptop is still in Warranty so would like to know what you think.
