Razer Blade 16 (2025) – System-wide micro freezes when opening apps (Ryzen 9 365)

Description

I’m experiencing brief system-wide freezes (UI + mouse input) when opening simple applications like Outlook, Slack, browsers or starting installers.
This should not happen on this hardware and is becoming disruptive.

System:

  • Razer Blade 16 (2025)

  • AMD Ryzen 9 365

  • RTX 5070 Laptop GPU

  • 32 GB RAM

  • Windows 11

  • Razer Synapse set to Performance

Symptoms:

  • Short freezes (0.5–2 sec)

  • Mouse cursor freezes together with the UI

  • Happens during normal/light usage

  • Not related to CPU/GPU load or thermals

What I’ve already tried

  • Set system Performance (synapse) 

  • Disabled Core Isolation / Memory Integrity

  • Checked SSD and PCIe power saving (already disabled on AC)

  • Confirmed TPM 2.0, Secure Boot enabled (BIOS is locked, no TPM toggle available)

  • NVIDIA and AMd drivers up to date

  • Updated MCU and BIOS

  • Issue persists even with Memory Integrity disabled

    Update: I thougt the issue dissapeared after closing razer synapse but it's still there only less
