I am experiencing occasional wifi disconnections. I have read elsewhere that a new mediatec wireless lan driver update fixes this but I can’t find a location I trust to download the new driver. Standard update driver process does not find an update.
Please advise.

Ensure your unit’s BIOS firmware is updated to v1.08 by downloading from its support page. Once done, check all Windows OS-related updates. You can also try running Intel Driver & Support Assistant and check for the WLAN driver, which is recommended for your unit.
