I purchased a new Razer Blade 16 2026 on April 24th and it will not boot up. Green slow blinking light but no display. Keyboard is lit. An external display does not work. I have a case number (removed for security purposes) I have responded to the few emails I received and have done all that they asked. I have not heard back in 2 days. I need help fixing or replacing the laptop. I saw another post on the forum that seemed to be the same laptop and problem but I could not respond to it as commenting was closed. I am loosing sleep over this as it was very expensive and it does not turn on.

I understand that your newly purchased Razer Blade 16 (2026) will not boot up and is only showing a slow blinking green light with no display. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message along with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view".
