Trying to update to the latest firmware and its been stuck for hours.

Did you even get a solution? Same is happening to me on Razer Blade 18 5090. 
 

Tried all troubleshooting indicated online to nothing.

Likewise, I am having this issue. Can't touch anything or do anything while it's stuck.
