One of the two internal cooling fans is completely non-functional and does not spin at all, including while gaming under heavy load. The other fan operates normally.
As a result, the laptop becomes extremely hot during gaming, and I have stopped using it to avoid causing any further damage to the device.
Is there any setting that i have to enable or the hardware is faulty ?
