Razer Blade 16 Fan set to Turbo

I have the Razer Blade 16 (64 gb Ram 4TB ssd). I’ve attached the Black Widow V4 Pro, Mouse Dock Pro, Basilisk v3 Pro, Seiren v3 Chroma and Kiyo pro Ultra all through the Thunder bolt 4 Dock Chroma. I’ve also got one monitor attached to the laptop via HDMI and another on attache via the Thunderbolt dock. My question is that my fan seems to have been set to Turbo (as opposed to balanced). Is it because I’ve got so much running through it and is it okay to run the fan on turbo? Would it be a bad idea to switch it to balanced so that the fans are quieter?
