Hello, my beloved Razer fans! I have a Razer Blade 16 (RZ09-0483TEH3-R3E1). I bought it not so long ago, in July 2025. And since that time, every time I play any game, at a random moment, the laptop freezes completely. Only a full reboot saves. I've been putting up with it all the time.
I found somewhere on the forum that it is necessary to download Int9el Arc Control and update something there - it does not help. I play absolutely any game with normal temperatures(I have Razer Laptop Cooling Pad) and downloads, at a random moment the laptop freezes, and the sound goes on.
Can you tell me if anyone has encountered such a problem and successfully solved it? I've already started analyzing Windows error dumps. For example, LiveKernelEvent 141, LiveKernelEvent 144 etc.
