Hello, I have an issue with my razer blade pro 17 2021. I have newest drivers of audio and everything. But my speakers they just sound awful, completely no bass, event turning on THX spatial audio, it just does nothing besides getting a little bit louder. Is there a fix to that ? Can anyone answer or provide access to support ?

When did the problem start? Were there any changes made to your system before the issue? To isolate the problem, please perform the steps below:

  1. Right-click the "Sound" icon in your System Tray at the bottom right of your desktop.
  2. Select "Troubleshoot sound problems".
  3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
