I had a overheating issue on Oct 30. I’ve worked everything and not fixed.
After I contacted online support. And Jenelyn take few mins with professional support help me to send the laptop to their technicist. Will update if the laptop fixed or not.
BTW the video tech how to reduce heat doesn’t work:( Online support more useful.
