Razer Blade 17 - RZ09-0406 - USB C not working and keyboard rgb out of sync after update

Question

I have been using my razer blade for over 4 years now without a single problem and since a recent windows update my USB on the right side of my device has stopped working with all devices.

I have tried multiple USB-c devices including docks , ethernet adapters and e-GPU and non of them will work anymore. I have noticed certain keys have also gone out of sync with the RGB and are showing different colours.

The laptop is fully up to date and I've also tried the clean up tool and removed synapse and reinstalled and its still not fixed, I have tried to rollback the update but it still hasn't fixed the issue. I'm and IT engineer myself and pretty knowledgeable when it comes to these things.

Please help me fix this as I don't see why it has happened all of a sudden. A laptop certainly should die after 4 years of use like this. The laptop has always been in a clean environment.

HI I havent had an issue with the usb yet but have experince many issues with the led keybiard, curently no matter if i completly shut down razer chroma my keboard rgb wont turn off and are stuck on a patten and when i go to chroma to change or disable the patten nothing works, if i add a new pattern it takes my current patten and overlays it with the new patten instead of disabling my current pattent also have about 9 keys with rgb out of sync with the rest of the laptop, i have treid reseting everyhting , re-downloaded windows, completly wiped laptop and redownlaoded all razer drivers and more but nothing seems to fix the rgb out of sync, and this new issue with the forever pattern is just stuck…. hopefully they fix it using a razorblade 17
